Due to inferior siding which is rotting and cracks in foundation walls and basement walls, my house is below Market Value. The original septic tank and leach field were improperly installed in 1984 and is in need of filling and relocating. I had to install jack posts in basement to reduce first floor sag. Neighborhood Description I did like this neighborhood but due to high foreclosures, homes have been bought by investors and became casual rentals. The neighborhood association is gone. Rental homes are occupied by mainly Hispanic with home businesses.
