The home boasts a large foyer and two bedrooms with ample closet space, including a master with a walk-in closet. The kitchen is large with full dining room seating as well as bar seating at the counter. There is also a full laundry room and a lanai with a beautiful view of a quiet preserve. You can view all kinds of bird wildlife right from the backyard and catch beautiful sunsets every night from the lanai. Primary hosts a large Queen-size bed and the office/guest room has a twin with a trundle. The couch sleeps one person. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and tableware. The house is fully furnished but Peloton not included ;) It moved with me ;) The beautiful town of Venice is renowned for its historic and walkable downtown area, stunning beaches, boating, festivals, activities, theater, and waterfront.
