We are looking for one roommate to occupy 1 bed/1 bath master suite in a 3 bd/3.5 bath townhouse next to the Grosvenor metro. Bedroom is very large with two closets and has an attached full bathroom. Roommates are 1 couple and 1 female in their late twenties who are clean and respectful, and we hope to get an additional roommate who is as well! There is 1 cat in the house, so the new roommate must be okay with cats. The common areas are shared by all and include a large kitchen, dining room, living room, basement sitting area, and back deck. This townhouse is a 7-8 minute walk to the Grosvenor metro and a 3 minute walk to the Grosvenor Market.
