You get full use of the kitchen, indoor washer/dryer, living room, den, and of course the wifi and internet. Spacious backyard with swimming pool! A wonderful place to live, work, and play while you study/work. ROOMMATES We keep the house a clean, safe environment, with a variety of creatives, students, and professionals. We're looking for great people to match our laid-back and communal atmosphere. All genders, identities, orientations, and predilections welcome. LGBTIQ+ is strongly supported and warmly welcomed here. I'm open to anyone that's laid back and drama-free. It's very important to me to create household harmony, and have everyone get along. PARKING We have off-street parking for 5 cars, plus there's plenty of street parking too. No parking restrictions = no parking tickets!! ELIGIBILITY If you're interested in the room, I'll be running your background and credit. Credit scores below 600 need not apply. We need to see that you have a steady job, or financial aid, or some other reliable source of income. Co-Signers are generally not required, because we collect a final-months-rent from everyone upfront. Beyond finances, we're also looking for someone who's a good personality-fit for our house, so bring your smiles and good vibes, and leave the stress and drama behind. HOUSE RULES Animal-free house. No drugs. No smoking indoors. Keep all the 420 outside. No parties. Guests are fine, just be courteous to your roommates. Lease is based on the CSUN semester. January 1st-May 31st, then June 1st-July 31st, then August 1st through December 31st _ Utilities and Amenities fee includes: DWP (water, power, sanitation), Natural Gas, Internet, and some communal goods (I buy toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and cleaning supplies in bulk at Costco, to save you money and headache!) _ No pets please! Double occupancy is allowed at an additional charge! We keep the house clean in between visits from the maids, safe environment for all, a variety of working professionals and students, age range from 22-42 with the median age being 25/26. LGBTQ+ is strongly supported here.
