    What's special

    Generally I would call our home a contemporary, custom cape cod with a very classy country feel. The exterior is a very pale yellow almost a creamy vanilla comes to mind when I describe the vinyl siding, which is well accented with black shutters around all of our windows, and the dormers on the second level. One thing this house is plenty of windows and bright natural light and when a change is needed for that we use our many blinds to control and provide just the right amount of lighting. Another wonderful part of this house whixh offers such versatility is the fully finished second floor bonus room which should really be called an in law suite or apartment because it adds about 800 square feet and a full 2 room bathroom! So while it’s referred to as a Full bonus room, it could be listed as an apartment, an in law suite, playroom, fully operational decked out office space if you have your own business or want to section of the larger space with smaller rooms, this house truly is for someone to imagine with grow with and so many different directions can be made the versatility and the different plans and directions we were planning is why we customized the plans with our builder the way we did. Our builder by the way is Christopher homes a close friend of our family and he is truly amazing! You can find the business by googling it or I am happy to provide it I am just not sure now much I can do within the rules of Zillow advertising that type of info…. But again with other ideas, a large rec room or in law living quarters, the choices are endless. That whole area is truly as large as my first apartment with 4 windows (2 being dormers and a full bathroom with two rooms one for the shower and toilet and the other separate for the sink and vanity. It could even be used for a single r Brel or a couple if you are looking to incorporate some rental income while you are thinking of ways to find some of the best endless additions an upgrades we have this place all set to move with on additions and upgrades to other parts of the home and the original plans have so many additions and ideas that as I share all of this because we are serious about selling because of the market but we may decide if we don’t get our asking price to stay and develop it just the way we envisioned. Many many ideas have come to mind over the last decade which is another great feature, this house is so new! A coat of paint makes it look brand new!
