Beautiful condo that we were renting on Airbnb and we have over 144 five star reviews. The association has insisted we rent for a minimum of 30 days only. We suggest you refer to our Airbnb site for the reviews. Tenant reimburses owner for heating/air conditioning. Copies of bills and dates provided. The rest of the utilities and association costs are covered by owner. Must be a 30 day rental minimum. Willing to rent for up to 6 months.
