Home is 100 yards from Great Pond, a gorgeous, clean lake for swimming and boating. The 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a full bath. Another full bath is located on the 1st floor. The home features a 2025 built-in generator and a separate new one for the water pump. Additionally, there are two new built-in mini-split air conditioners. Brand new turbo jet hot tub for 6. New back patio and fun tree house. Private community has its own lake house with kitchen, bath and wood fireplace, and 3 private docks. Kayaks and a 3-person canoe included. We will be renting our wonderful home from October 2025 to July 2026. We are open to one renter or a couple of multiple-month renters. Monthly rent is calculated as an average for a yearly rental. If renting for only peak/summer months (June-July), the rent will be higher monthly. If rented for the winter, the rent will be lower.
