Each room is furnished with a bed, nightstand and dresser. Common areas include a furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and laundry area. All utilities are included in the rent including cable TV, telephone, and wireless Internet service. A coin-operated washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Other supplies provided include cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. Month-to-month rental agreement. $75 move-in fee, $25 cleaning deposit, and $25 criminal background check fee required. No pets. No smoking inside. No drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests.
