No smoking inthe home. Pets are welcome. We are searching for responsible, clean renter(s) that wouldbe willing to live in our house and maintain it as if it were their own. Theywill be responsible for maintaining the property (mainly yard care) Therenter(s) would be required to have the home up kept on the outside at ALLtimes. This means, watering, weeding, lawn mowing, ect.. This will be outlinedin the contract and any breech with ultimately result in an 14 day eviction.
