The Kitchen cabinets are original to the 1930's home. Special note: there is NO dishwasher but it does have a newer refrigerator for use. This home is super cute, has large trees and sits on a large double lot perfect for gardening, entertaining, as has plenty of privacy. There is also a rock fire pit in the backyard. Access to the shops and buzz of The Old Mill, restaurants close by you will love the location! Drive Reed Mkt Road for access to the mountain. Street parking and one driveway space is available. This home was a short term rental and will no longer be furnished. You are welcome to drive by the property but please do not disturb the existing tenants. Renters pay all utilities, no smoking. One year lease available. Renter to maintain landscaping and also responsible for any snow removal.
