And please note: the cottage has small rooms and low ceilings tall and large humans may not appreciate this feature! Also, parking is limited to 2 cars and max 16 ft. length because there is a sidewalk that can't be blocked. This early 1800's cottage has a history of being an ice cream shop, basket weaver's shop, and local fisherman's market back when there there was a trolley running up and down Kittery Point's Pepperrell Rd. It is walking distance to Pepperrell Cove and the town pier, with sweeping views of the harbor. It is also centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Owner lives next door (to left of cottage). This is a fully furnished stand-alone cottage with all utilities included: air conditioning, electricity, and internet (no cable tv, but streaming of broadcast shows is available). This is a monthly rental and renewable upon request.
