There are hardwood floor throughout and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is an attached garage, attic and basement. The yard is large, shaded, backs up to Highland Park and has a swing set! We have some furniture that we are happy to leave for the renters if they need it. Two cars can fit in the driveway. Please contact us if you are responsible renters and interested in moving in soon. Be prepared to have a background check. Tenant will pay for gas and electric. Landlord will pay for water and garbage disposal.
