Very nice custom built house on acreage. It has a full size basement that is heated and cooled also. There is a pull down stair in the hall to the floored attic that also has a light. Each bedroom has a nice closet with a light, a coat closet in the hall, a linen closet in the bath, and a built in pantry in the kitchen/dinette area. The kitchen has a stove and refrigerator with ice maker. The family room has a wood fireplace that I allow you to use and also allow usage of wood that is down in the woods around the house. The house has central heat and air. Both bedrooms and den have ceiling fans. Per previous tenants the power bill is very reasonable. There is an outside light that you can turn on with Duke Energy for 4.00/month. The water is well and there is a septic tank so the only utility you pay is power! There is an outside storage building for lawn mowers, etc. located directly behind the carport. It is country living but close to several shopping centers. It is also located about 1 mile from Shady Grove Elementary School and Ellis Middle School.
