This is a studio apartment in an old brick law office that has been renovated for mixed use. The Studio main room is large and unit has a small kitchen with stove and updated bathroom with standing shower. Street parking is generally easy- on site parking may come back into the mix as we work with the city on some issues here. House is very quiet and everyone is friendly...we take turns taking the garbage and recycling out and it all seems to work. Unit includes all utilities and access to the WIFI. So price may be a little higher but you don't have any other expenses (save $125-175 per month on above). Utilities are included including Internet (not guaranteed but access has worked for all). Heat is central steam radiator and the head unit also allows temp to be adjusted. AC is central (head unit- not window). All utilities included but expectations that tenant use within reason. Savings of $100-150 per month with this included which is why rent is a little higher. Parking could be onsite- we are working through some issues with parking with the city and neighbors. Private entrance in back of the house.
