The property must be kept clean and free of debris. Tenant is responsible for lawn and yard maintenance. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. It is ok to smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets are allowed with landlord approval. Pet deposit is an additional $300.00 per pet and is non refundable. Tenant is responsible for paying electricity, gas, sewer, water and garbage pick up. All utilities must be put into tenants name within 5 business days.
