Fantastic location a few minutes walk to the Orange Line (best line in Boston!), Bus 39 and a bike path that goes all the way to Back Bay at the end of the block. Minutes walk to JP cafes, stores, restaurants, Pond and Arboretum. I'm looking for an easy-going, quiet, respectful, community oriented person who will care for this antique apartment as if it were their own. (Not dragging furniture across hardwood floors, etc.) Reference, salary and credit check will be done upon the final candidate. No undergrads, pets, amplified instruments, horns or drums.
