I have 2 rooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom.1 room is available now, the other is rented to a very quiet guy. These are the only rooms on the top floor. Both rooms and the hall between them have hard flooring, the bathroom is tiled. There is a lot of sun light. The room in the back of the house (the one for rent) has a window A/C unit as there is no shade for that room and it gets very hot in the summer. You will have access to all common areas: living room (tv and fire place), front room (sitting area), kitchen, laundry, garage, back yard (fire pit). I do have a dog, so the only pets allowed will be those that can stay in your room (reptiles, rodents, fish, birds, etc). I cannot have any cats in the house due to allergies and my dog will not allow it in the house. I like my house to stay clean, so I expect you to clean up after yourself, and I will do the same. You will be responsible to keep the upper floor clean. I will not tolerate drug use (including cannabis) and smoking (including vaping) is not allowed in the house. Rent is $850/month per room. There is a full size bed in the room currently, and I have some small side tables as well. However, I can move the furniture out if you have your own. No drugs allowed (including cannabis) and no smoking (including vaping) in the house. Absolutely no cats.
