We are close to downtown Naperville, as well as the Burlington Northern train and are in school district 203. I don't make the rules, but the association is pretty strict about their 1 pet limit. Animals need to be 10 lbs or under. The main bathroom has a bath/shower with a recently installed dual door, the master includes a shower. The unit has a smoke alarm in each bedroom, as well as a smoke alarm and CO detector in the common area. Do keep in mind when shopping around that water, heat and gas are included in the cost. In general, weekdays work best for me to show the place, especially during lunch, or right before or after work, but I am flexible. Photos on this listing are at least 2 years old each, but after cleaning and improvements, it should look similar give or take. I will post new pictures when the work is complete.
Unit will be empty by 2/15/19. I just want to allow enough time to inspect, clean, and IMPROVE the property before turning the keys over so available date is an estimate but somewhat flexible.
