This is in a great location in east pompano beach, just east of federal hwy, minutes from the beach, and walking distance from the Intracoastal, parks, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. There is a long parking spot that fits 2 cars for parking, a shared washer and dryer in the courtyard of the 4-Plex, and inside the unit is tile flooring, a new dishwasher that just got put in, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceiling fans, Central AC, and a pantry closet in the kitchen. I have a small dog(Pug) that lives with me in the unit, but he is very sweet and friendly. You HAVE to be working or responsibly bringing in regular income on your behalf to pay the bills on time every month you are here. A background check WILL be done prior to being accepted, and rent, electric and internet would bring the total to $700 a month, all in.
