There is brand new flooring throughout the rest of the home. For your heating and air conditioning comfort, the home has a newer HVAC system, and many new interior and exterior doors and windows. The tenant brings their own refrigerator, washer and dryer, and the lease does not include the storage building in the back yard. The home is total electric and the inexpensive utility providers are Duke Power and Sandy Springs Water. The yard maintenance and grass cutting is included in the rent. Answers to the landlord's questions must be submitted before an appointment for a showing is scheduled.
