To move in we charge an application fee of $35 for 1 person $50 for 2 or more. We also charge a security deposit fee of 1 month rent which is $2000. We also charge first and previous month rent which is $4000 so all together to move in it's around $6000. All utilities are up to the tenant to pay and place in their names. We usually do yearly leases for all properties.
