    This beautiful upstairs apartment is located near the Leelanau trail and Cedar Lake access site, and just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City. The apartment has brand new carpeting throughout, fresh paint, and newly finished wood floors. The kitchen has authentic retro metal cabinets that add a unique and artistic touch and the living room and master bedroom have views of Cedar Lake. This apartment is above an office/workshop and garage located on our private property. It is a quiet spot situated in next to a neighborhood. We charge 1 plus 1/2 month of rent for a security deposit, which is $2475. We also ask for one month of rent up front, $1650, with automatic monthly payment authorization for the 2nd month on upon signing a lease. Garbage pick-up is included in rent. Gas (approximate monthly average $65), electric (approximate monthly average $105), and WIFI ($40), are separate. We have a band new air-conditioning system just installed and do not know the costs to run this yet. We do not allow pets or smoking. We have two parking spaces designated for the apartment and garage storage for bikes.
