It is in a nice, beautiful, safe area of the country, up in the Ouachita Mountains, yet near to Mena, the county seat town with vibrant town life where young retirees have settled and they have many activities, including art gallery, live theater, community college with many special interest classes, golf, outdoor activies, swimming, hiking, etc. The weather is mild 4 season: we get some snow but it is beautiful and melts away fast. Spring comes in February and winter doesn't come til almost Christmas.
