The large kitchen features a big dining area and ample pantry space, along with a 4-piece bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. Open from May 1st to October 31st, this 3-season resort offers an amazing beach with excellent swimming, a playground, a multi-sports court, hiking trails, kayaking/canoeing, and more! Bonnie Lake is spring-fed and allows electric motorboats only, keeping the lake quiet and perfect for all ages. Your annual fees cover lot fees, hydro, and water usage, as well as access to all resort activities. The resort fees are $6,905/year + HST. Propane tanks are owned, and refills are the owner's responsibility. HST is not applicable to the sale of the cottage.
