Bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, and pedestal sink. One assigned parking spot is included with the apartment if you have a car. Additional parking may be available. 3 sets of washers/dryers in the basement can be used for $20 per person per month. We are pet friendly but charge a monthly pet fee - 40/1, $60/2.
