Better pictures to come after tenant moves out end of April. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at the Ridgestone Condominiums in semi-rural Payson, Utah. Bathrooms have identical tile, countertops, tub/shower, etc., except for the layout is switched. Same tile is in the laundry room and front entryway. Laundry room has closet doors for water heater, furnace, and wi-fi hookups. Wi-fi is free (included in HOA), water, garbage, snow removal, and outdoor/garden maintenance are also included in the HOA fee (including use of the Clubhouse and pool). The Clubhouse can be reserved for parties with a refundable deposit. Balcony has a storage closet in it, and has views of the Mt. Nebo/Payson mountains as well as a view of the Payson Utah Temple (which is nicely lit up at night). There are 2 children's playgrounds and a basketball court. Condo is near freeway access. It is also near shopping (Walmart & other stores are across the freeway), gas stations, fast food, etc. Payson Canyon is only 15 minutes away, and other nice nature places are nearby to hike, bike, or just enjoy a drive. The west side of the condos are mostly still rural farmland (and views of the nearby West Mountains). Unit #923 is in building # 9, which was the last building finished in the Ridgestone condos. (Some condos are nearly 10 years older.) My girls and I moved-in January 2016 until it was rented out last year (2020 -- she's been in it less than a year). So only one owner. The entire condo was re-painted just before the tenant moved in, and may be touched-up or repainted after she moves out. The carpet was really cheap so we tore it up in the hallway and front room areas and replaced it with some kind of spongy vinyl flooring. The carpets in all 3 bedrooms will probably be replaced by the time the condo is sold, and re-carpeting the hallway and front room may be done by then as well or negotiated in the price. Pets are allowed but must be registered with the HOA. There is 1 covered parking and you are allowed another parking space anywhere near your condo. There is RV parking behind a locked gate for an added monthly fee.
