I have a one bedroom/studio lower-level apartment for rent in the North Bottoms super close to the walk bridge to UNLs main campus. It has its own separate entrance from the side and front of the house. There is off-street parking available off of the alley (For home football games, we will need to move your car up on the yard or I have other places to park in the neighborhood if you need 'come and go' access. The cooking range is natural gas. It has newer carpet, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it. This unit no smoking, no cats, no dogs because of a shared duct system. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment and potentially criminal and credit histories. Sorry no Section 8. The deposit is equal to one months rent. Utilities are billed separately by the landlord. Renter pays 25% of utilities used (averages about $80 per month). That includes water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, and internet. The lease will end May 31, 2023 with a one year renewel option. Most importantly, I provide free laundry (no coin-op) in the building. All I ask is for you to treat the machines gently with small loads, not let friends use them, and clean up after yourself.
