Tenant pays electric. Dumpster on site for waste disposal at no extra charge. No manager lives on site but they are active and frequently available. House is next to four plex apartment on same property. Pets will be considered on case by case basis. Insurance will not allow certain dog breeds. Unfortunately, this is non-negotiable. Proof of renters insurance is required. Only lease term available is month-to-month. Lease is month-to-month. First month rent and security deposit equal to one month rent required at move-in. Cash or check is accepted. No cards. Tenant agrees to keep property clean and in good working order. Tenant agrees to notify property manager of any issues immediately when they arise. Tenant agrees to abide by additional rules set forth by landlord at lease signing. Tenant will provide proof electric service is in their name before they will be allowed to move in. Tenant has 30 days to establish renters insurance and provide proof to management that they have done so. Security deposit and if applicable the pet deposit will be refunded to tenant upon completion of move out inspection verifying the unit's condition.
