this is a old house trailer. it is not in perfect condition but is usable and safe. the flooring is coming up a little in some parts of the house. it has a gas stove and a microwave but you will supply the fridge. you are responsible for electric and oil heat. you will fix anything that goes wrong with the house. I am thinking of renting for at least a year. when I tell you to leave I expect you to be gone in two months.
