Structure is made from a very supportive wood beam interior built to withstand high winds and heavy snow loads along with tong and groove pine flooring and the exterior is all vinyl. The vaulted ceiling extends to 14 feet and has a huge skylight that opens up for ventilation. This 800 sq ft open space has an awesome freshly stained 18'X 24' deck right out the front door and steps down to a 600 sq ft slate patio with a huge stone fire pit. Plenty of storage under the deck for all your tools and summer fun toys. There is a changing room which can also be used to house bunk beds for a separate bedroom. Four extra large screened windows along with a solid screened front door helps keep a nice breeze coming through for cool comfort. Neighborhood Description Simply the best neighbors! Everyone is extremely friendly and there is plenty of space in between homes. The three mile stretch of South Lake is great for morning strolls, walks, biking, jogging or simply taking in the awesome views. The Vine Valley Community Center offers fun activities and helps keep you up to date with current events. Historic Vine Valley also has a free boat lunch, bookstore, church and sandy beach that is only a mile away from The Yurt!
