Home is 4 miles from Bethel Woods Center For the Arts (10 min drive), and 12.5 miles (19 min drive) from Resorts World Catskills and Kartrite Indoor Water Park. Don't miss the Fall Harvest Festival Ice fishing and hunting are exceptional in the Catskills, as well as skiing and sledding Gorgeous sunset views from home, deck, patios and expansive fixed dock. Lakefront home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with wide open space inside, upgraded kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, large Weber grills, decks, and multiple LCD TVs with streaming services & wi-fi included. Home has 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed, and 1 with 2 twin beds, a loft upstairs with 5 twin beds, and futon couch, that opens up into a full-size bed. Expansive dock can accommodate multiple boats and personal watercraft. Boats and PWCs can be launched at public boat ramp 1/4 mi. from home. A paddle boat, kayak, and standup paddle board will be there for you to use. You will also have a slate patio near the water, with furniture. There is a fire pit for you to enjoy, and a shed that you can use as a tiki bar if you wish, and fresh plentiful blueberries you can pickoff the blueberry bushes. OWNER has shared dock space, and water rights and one of the sheds on the property! The fishing right off the dock is excellent. Many experienced anglers have commented that it is the most active fishing dock they have experienced. We have caught over 6 different species of fish directly off the dock this summer.
