Zillow RICO fraud alert again: why did this property go down 3.6% whilst rest of zip went up? Zillow Realtor / 'economic development board' wants to do this to try to buy cheap... after falsely claiming inside of LeRoy city limits to do same (ruled such in Minnesota case) policy used there to buy cheap ahead of "cloverleaf interstate highway expansion for "Med City" baloney! But Zillow doesn't care as I hold their Full Admission at Federal level of this fraud back a half dozen years ago: but here we go again, because: All Realtors are unethical, unprofessional, lazy Confidence peddlers!! Price is absolute before any costs: so any "investors" mark it's that plus the cost! Do not EVER contact with any insult of less than listed price, or provide your business # for license sanctions!! Not joking! Y'all worse than 'realtors'!! ANY realtor gets involved in ANY deal adds a $25,000 surcharge to this house sale!! I have renters interested in buying in the place. Also, do not just show up and expect an ad hoc tour. That's rude. Use the app to contact me, thank you. After mentioned "Zestimate" was completely inaccurate, local 'realty pros admitted' $2k difference. But, non local and US Department of VA says worth MORE than listing price. In the realty record. Old hardwood trees across back quarter of property. VA inspection and full requirements/ requalified June of 2022.
