Private Room with closet and window with good transportation. We share the living room which comes with all streaming sites and the kitchen that will be soon fully renovated in a few months. It is close to the M train, L train, Q55 bus stop and the B38, B20, Q39, and the Q58 all at a walking distance. We can discuss any terms I am a pretty flexible person I just ask for no noise at night
