This is a traditional neighborhood development. My home is in the 1st Phase, so all trees are mature and lots are larger than the other phases. It development has "privacy side manners"...so no one can look into the back yard. It is a walkable community. Everyone is out riding bikes, jogging, walking dogs at all hours of the day. We have a neighborhood watch and I always feel safe in Longleaf. It's a great place to be for any stage of life.
