Located on a paved road just 2 miles off Hwy 69, with a huge view of Mingus Mountain. The back yard is fenced, for a well mannered dog. Located on a dead end street with little traffic, this is a peaceful place. Only 15 minutes to Prescott Valley and 25 min to Prescott. The $2400 rent includes all utilities, I will keep them in my name. No smoking allowed. I will consider a well mannered dog, the backyard has a small fenced area. I will be maintaining the yard and cutting weeds, when necessary. There is ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. This is a conveniently located home, close to town and to all of the Prescott area attractions. I am looking for short term renters preferably 1-3 months but will consider longer durations.
