Two bedrooms and two baths give this small cottage some space along with a tidy basement. Good sized yard that is fenced in with a fire pit, patio with grill, and access to the river by stairs. The sunsets and quiet neighborhood will make you feel right at home. We have a lease to sign as a part of our agreement. However I, the Homeowner, pay for all utilities. I will take care of the lawn unless the tenant desires to do so. The tenant is required to take trash and recycles to the curb on appropriate days. I do use the shed on the property but I always let the tenant know when I am coming by. I handle all maintenance requests. Prefer 1 year lease, but this is negotiable
