Additionally, the Coaster/ Metrolink Train Station is a 6-8 minute walk from the front door! We are dog friendly and would only require an extra pet deposit that will be returned should there be no damage from the dog. Utilities: Owner pays for water and trash through HOA. Renter responsible for all other utilities (gas and electric) and amenities (internet, etc.). Furnished Option: Property can come furnished if desired! Contact for more details.
