Smoking of any kind (including but not limited to tobacco, vaping, or marijuana) and keeping of pets are strictly prohibited on or about the Premises. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of this Lease and may result in immediate termination. Compliance & Enforcement: The Tenant agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as any community association rules (if applicable). The Landlord reserves the right to enforce the terms of this Lease, including but not limited to recovery of possession, damages, and reasonable attorney's fees in the event of default.
