The oil fired furnace was rebuilt 8 years old. The gas furnace is approx 8 years old. The property is located in a flood zone and flood insurance is required. Current flood insurance is paid by the owner and is $1,025 yearly. For personal reasons only Apartment B can be shown with 24 hour notice. Once a potential purchaser exhibits sincere interest in purchasing, a showing of Apartment A can be arranged. Extensive landscaping has just been completed and exterior pictures are current. Straw covering newly planted grass to insure proper growth. Interior pictures are from the last time apartments were vacant and repainted. Dwelling exterior has just been repainted.
