The property is visible from the road it's important to keep it neat and maintained I don't want the property to be the towns eye sore I will only be on property to collect rent once a month it's tenants responsibility to keep yard and porch tidy. animals get into trash sometimes or wind will carry trash down the mountain into yard please pick up the trash if this is something you are unable to do please let me know so I can arrange for someone else to do it. basement is off limits.
