This house was built on August 19, 1880. The floors are pine and there is the original archway with sliding doors between the parlor and living room. The wood trim is decorative on all the downstairs doors and windows. The house has a gas-operated stove in the living room and ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room. There are three maple trees in front of the house that were planted at the time the house was built and a large blue spruce by the deck that was planted in 1970. This property includes a two stall barn with hayloft large enough to hold 200 bales of hay for horses. Except for the lawn area around the house, all the property is fenced for the horses.
