House is newly furnished, 7/21-new refrigerator, 11/20 - new roof, 1/21 - new stairs and porch, new HVAC in 6/22, new 43" smart HDTV, and recently decorated in beachy decor. 1 min. Walk to ocean! You can see ocean from house. This beach house is ~5 min. From MI Marshwalk, and ~10 min. South of Myrtle Beach! Our SeaLaVie beach house is 0.5 mile north of GCB pier restaurants & stores & 1 mile south of Surfside beach pier & restaurants, stores. House exterior newly painted in 2016. New free WiFi. New roof just added on 11/20/20. New stairs and porch in 1/21. House is: no smoking, no pets, 1 single family, no groups, over age 25, 8 people max. Rate includes all: All taxes, fees, utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay! House is: No smoking, No pets, 6 people max. occupancy, 1 single family, over age 25. We're Sorry, no vacancy until your approved by owner. 2 months winter rental max. Only from 2/1/23 through 3/31/23. House is Not a long term rental! Showings by appointment with owner. House is not a long term rental, but rather monthly winter only stays (2 months max.) only from Feb. 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023 and paid in advance, and sign owner vacation rental agreement. Tenant must complete owner monthly rental application and show owner valid drivers license. Payment to owner: $1750/month (includes all utilities) plus $1750 refundable security deposit. $1750 Deposit paid with credit card info to owner only. Owner runs your credit card. Balance paid with cash or check only at our Wells Fargo Bank due to short notice now. $400,000+ market value house. In the meantime, please provide owner the following for owner review of you: 1- Please email a copy of both sides of your valid drivers license to verify you and for background check. Sorry, but we have had squatters elsewhere! Thus background check by owner. Print out form, answer completely all questions and show proof of employment with most recent pay stub. I will then review your completed application info and tell you our next step actions: 1 - sign owner vacation rental form (at house meeting due to short notice). 2 - pay monthly rent & RSD via major credit card info to owner at reservation / owner approval. Owner then runs your major credit card. Then pay owner balance with cash only due to short notice (@ house meeting). Weekly rentals only from Sat to Sat from April - Sept. Final letter with: 2 SeaLaVie house keys, parking passes, map, rules, owner vacation rental agreement - online, etc., all, will be given to guest at check in meeting once your approved (completed application, valid DL, etc.) paid and vacation rental agreement form signed.
