This home is a short-term vacation rental that we are looking to rent for mid-term during the recovery of the Lake Lure and Chimney Rock area. This 3 level cabin is spacious and cozy. Can sleep up to six guests with 2 Bedrooms + 3 full baths with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Level 1: Main entry way with Queen bedroom. Ceiling fan, 50" HD Roku TV. Walk in closet. Full bathtub/shower combo. Level 2: Main living area with pull out queen sofa bed. Extra mattress topper and linens/pillows provided. Plenty of seating. 55" HD Roku TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and fireplace* (*available October-February). Kitchen is stocked with k-cup/drip coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, etc. Picnic style dining table off the kitchen and living space. Off the kitchen is a full bath/laundry with stand alone shower and washer/dryer stack. Living area opens up to a two tiered deck with gas grill, propane fire pit and the coziest lounge furniture. Perfect area to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Level 3: Main bedroom with King size bed. Walk in closet. Ceiling fan. 32" TV with Roku. Full bathroom with stand alone shower. Desk/workstation. Small balcony to take in the Treehouse views. Parking notes: The driveway at the main entrance can fit 2-3 vehicles, but there is an additional spot in the front of the house. *NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi to our guests, is not guaranteed to always 100% work to the best of its ability. This is common in the rural area where we are located. While this can be frustrating, it is 100% out of our control. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot device. Limited internet tech support will be available during your stay. Please note that there will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi service. Most cell phone providers do get a decent signal at this cabin. 30-day minimum stay. No smoking. Our cabin is three-level, two bedroom, three bathroom. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed. The main level is the living and kitchen area which has a pullout couch that can sleep two. The primary bedroom on the third level has king bed. The home is located 3 minutes (.8 miles) north of the dam off of Buffalo Shoals Rd. This home has been rented as a short-term vacation rental so it will be rented furnished, no exceptions. Our cleaners will clean the cabin bi-weekly for the duration of the stay.
