The apartment has a through the wall ac unit in the living room. In the common area there is a coin operated washer and dryer for tenant use. The tenant is responsible for electricity. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit of $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
