Please be advised that this rental market is competitive and I am a choosy landlord: I am looking for long term tenants who will do the following things: 1. pay rent on time each month 2. take care of the property, keeping it clean and neat 3. get along with neighbors 2 beds + 1 bath. Kitchen comes with a fridge and stove (not new, but clean) and has hook ups for a full sized washer and dryer (tenant supplies the machines). New hot water tank for maximum efficiency. HVAC was replaced 2 years ago for great heating and cooling. House comes with LED lighting and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Plenty of parking space in front of and beside unit. Kitchen and bath are linoleum and the rest of the house is carpeted (has just been deep cleaned). Power is through Duke. Water, sewer and trash are through City of Central. Does not have any appliances that run on gas. This property offered for rent by the owner. I am also the property manager. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. We charge a 250$ deposit (refundable) for each pet that is approved. No smoking of any sort in this unit. Parking in designated areas only. Annual lease to run from move in to July 31st, 2024. Our goal is to renew the tenant at that time. Tenant is required to keep unit clean and tidy. Tenant must replace HVAC filter once a month, but landlord supplies the filters.
