Two Guest Bedrooms offer a queen bed in each, ample closet with private bath per bedroom. The third Guest Bedroom can be arranged as 2 twin beds or a King bed and a private bath. Floors are radiant heat and the Media Room includes an adjoining Laundry Room. The radiant floors will warm your toes. Knollwood, is an intimate, private, & wooded neighborhood within Aspen city limits just 1.3 miles from the Historic Town Center. Driveway parking up to three cars is available or the garage upon request. For all seasons a short drive takes you to the heart of Aspen, or you may choose to venture into town on a convenient walking path. Any time of year the convenient Aspen shuttle will drive you into town for only $1 per person, mornings till the restaurants close. A wonderful way to enjoy Aspen while you leave the car behind.
