The parking spots are next to the house near the curb. The backyard is a shared space for both apartments, tenants need to be respectful, polite and responsible for the backyard. The backyard needs to be clean of any personal items during the time of lawncare/maintenance. Damage to personal items when lawncare is occurring, will not be reimbursed. The security deposit and the first month's rent are required due at signing. The landlord only pays the water. The tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. Lawn care is handled by maintenance. Porches are not to be utilized as storage. The landlord only pays for water and garbage.
