As you can see by the pictures this house is very clean, but still represents its 1942 roots. No dishwasher, and the kitchen is just that 1942. Hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the bathroom, laundry, and mudroom those have ceramic tile. The size of this house will easily accommodate a single person or couple. No pets allowed and a non smoker is a must. Rent includes lawn maintenance, but tenant will be required to pick up sticks and keep yard tidy. House is available immediately.
