It can come furnished or unfurnished. Just blocks from the charming town of Allenspark, you could enjoy the local coffee shop & gift store, tavern that has great oven-baked pizza or community church with-in walking distance. Also nearby is The Old Gallery, an arts & community center as well as great trails and a hike-able back entrance into Rocky Mountain National Park. Monthly rental from 6- 9 months then month-to-month. Utilities are electricity & propane for gas stove and back-up heating during a power outage. Internet is responsibility of the tenant. Landlord pays water and sewer/septic fees. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cabin. One pet is allowed upon approval of the pet. There is an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $325.00. There is not trash removal service but there is Boulder County Transfer Station less than a mile away. Occasionally snow plowing is needed that would be additional. A 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle is necessary in the winter. Plenty of room for parking more than 1 vehicle.
