Upon parking in the driveway, you will enter the house through the front door of the home and see this beautiful space. Living Room- The living room has a sofa with two love seats available, offering plenty of seating for you and your guests. There is a 55" SmartTV for you to watch your favorite TV show or movie while relaxing. The sliding glass door and windows from the dining table area offer a ton of natural lighting, making this space feel warm and welcoming. Kitchen- This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy take out from a local restaurant. There is a Keurig with coffee available for you to have a nice cup of coffee. Dining Room- The dining room table is located right off of the kitchen and the living room. There is seating for 4 available for you and your guests to enjoy a nice meal together. There is a bar cart provided in case you would like to make yourself a drink. Master Bedroom- The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful king size bed. This bed is made with clean, comfy sheets for you to get a good nights sleep while staying here. There is a sofa available for you to sit and read a book or for you to watch your favorite program on the Smart TV. There is a walk-in closet for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home, located right off of the master bathroom. Master Bathroom- The master bathroom is located right off of the master bedroom. There is a double vanity available, as well as plenty of cabinet space for you to put all your bathroom essentials. The shower/tub combo gives you a choice between taking a hot shower or a nice relaxing bath. Bedroom 2- Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed that also has clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep in as well. There is a dresser available for storage, as well as a bed side table for your personal belongings. There is a SmartTV provided in this room for your guests to watch their favorite show/movie before bed. This room also has a private bathroom attached. Bathroom 2- Bathroom 2 is located right off of bedroom 2. This bathroom has a single vanity with lots of counter space. There is also cabinets available for your guests to store their bathroom essentials. The shower/tub combo offers them the same choice of shower or bath. Bedroom 3- Bedroom 3 is furnished with a twin day bed. This bed will also be made with clean, comfortable sheets. There is a wicker dresser in here for more storage space. The large window offers lots of natural light making this room feel big and open. This bedroom also has a SmartTV mounted so everyone has their own space to watch what they please. Bathroom 3- Bathroom 3 has a single vanity with cabinets underneath for personal belongings. There is a shower/tub combo in this one as well, for the little ones who may prefer taking a bath over a shower. Laundry Room- The laundry room is stocked with a washer and dryer for you to use. It has cleaning products available, as well as an iron and ironing board. Backyard- This backyard space is one where you can make lots of memories with your guests or offers you a nice place to unwind if you're traveling alone. This unit is perfect for temporary housing, travel nurses, insurance claim housing, extended work stays, or any other situations requiring temporary furnishing housing. The weekly rate for this property for your dates is $875 per week. The unit is furnished and includes everything you need to have a comfortable stay including electricity, water, high speed wifi, smart TVs, bedding, kitchen basics for cooking, washer / dryer and a basic set of supplies to get you started. Our will handle maintenance to include landscaping (bi-weekly), pest control (quarterly), HVAC filter replacements, appliance repairs and other urgent issues. We require a lease for extended stays. The lease includes the following: *Cleaning fee of $250 for move-out clean, due in the first week's rent *Refundable 2 week security deposit ($1,750) *Electronic payment is required *Free cancellation with at least 2 weeks advance notice *There is a pet fee of $50 / week (if applicable)
